Over the course of my experience I have had the pleasure of working in urban areas servicing the under served populations in Westchester County, NY. My Mission is to continue to provide mental health services to those individuals who are in need of services but lack the resources.

My focus is to deliver trauma-informed therapy to individuals who have faced traumatic experiences that have impacted their life. My philosophy is that any effective treatment is person centered. My hope is that each individual personally grows by making internal peace with their past.

In need of a mental health evaluation? Looking to understand your mental health concerns? Take the initial steps and complete an assessment/evaluation to determine if you could benefit from seeking additional services (or not).
Individual Sessions
Need your time to be personalized? I provide individual therapy sessions that address your needs and emphasize overall well being. My primary goal is to restore healthy and stable cognitive functioning.
Weekend Availability
Schedule conflicts? Family emergency? Overtime at work? No worries. Mental health is important so I've extended my work hours to include Saturdays.
